3 Madhura Handling Systems

Slide Gate Valve is used either to completely stop or start the flow of material in a storage tank. It is either manually operated, pneumatically controlled or motorised as per customer requirement. It is placed above Rotary Airlock Valve to prevent the flow of material in case of RAV maintenance.

The 3 Madhura Blow-Thru Rotary Airlock Valves are designed and manufactured specifically for applications that require discharging into a pneumatic conveying line. These Airlocks are ideal for free-flowing materials that require some assistance in clearing the rotor vane pockets.

The design of the 3 Madhura type Blow-Thru Airlock makes installation possible in low headroom applications and retrofits of existing rotary valves. Also, like all 3 Madhura Rotary Airlock Valves, the blow through design features an innovative, larger vane pocket design. The larger rotary vane pockets allow up to 50% more volume which enables the rotor to run at lower speeds than other manufacturers’ rotary airlock and valve feeders which increases efficiency and equipment life.

Knife Gate Valve are primarily designed for on-off services where the valve is completely opened or completely closed. 

Knife gate valve can be used in applications involving: 

• Slurries
• Heavy oils
• Non-flammable viscous fluids
• Wastewater
• Clean water

3 Madhura Knife Gate Valve installations are typically found in wastewater treatment plants, chemical plants, mining, cement plants as well as in many other industrial applications while gate valves are typically found in drinking water mains, distribution networks and drinking water pump stations.

Fitted beneath silos, hoppers, or bins, VFF Silo Closure Butterfly Valves are used in all types of building material processing plants where interception of gravity-fed dry materials is required.
 Silo Closure Butterfly Valves are manufactured from a one-piece fabricated carbon steel body lined with SINT engineering polymer composite. Due to the four corner slots the integrated upper square flange can be adapted to different sizes of silo outlet flanges. The valve disc is manufactured from surface-treated carbon steel.
